New accounts receive 7 days of premium access. If you do not want a paid subscription, cancel before trial ends. Once a subscription charge is made, refund handling depends on payment channel.
Web subscriptions are processed through our checkout provider. For web purchases, contact us at hello@hpaths.com within 14 days of charge and include account email, purchase date, and reason.
We review requests case by case. Approved refunds return to original payment method through payment processor. Processing time depends on bank and card network.
Purchases made inside mobile apps are billed by the relevant app marketplace. That marketplace controls refund decisions and payment reversal. Request refunds through the account support flow for the marketplace where purchase was made.
We can help identify account or subscription status, but we cannot directly issue marketplace refunds from our side.
Premium subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals; it usually does not refund current billing period. Premium access normally continues until end of paid period.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused time unless required by law or approved by billing platform or payment processor.
Email hello@hpaths.com with subject line beginning “Refund:”. Include account email, billing channel (web or mobile marketplace), charge date, amount, and short explanation.
We may update this policy as billing, platforms, or legal requirements change. Current version is identified by effective date above.
